**Role Overview**:
We’re looking for an experienced and hands-on **Cybersecurity Platform Lead**to drive the architecture, integration, and operational excellence of cybersecurity platforms in a regulated **financial services environment**. You’ll lead a team responsible for building and managing critical security tools that support detection, response, and compliance efforts across the enterprise.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Platform Strategy & Delivery**:

- Own the end-to-end strategy, roadmap, and performance of cybersecurity platforms (e.g., SIEM, SOAR, EDR, PAM, IAM, vulnerability management).
- Ensure all platforms meet internal security policies and external regulatory standards (e.g., MAS TRM, GDPR, PCI-DSS).
- Partner with security engineering, SOC, IT, risk, and compliance teams to align platform capabilities with enterprise security objectives.
- Drive platform modernization and automation to enhance threat detection, response times, and reporting efficiency.

**Team & Stakeholder Leadership**:

- Lead a team of cybersecurity engineers and platform specialists.
- Collaborate closely with stakeholders across Technology Risk, Internal Audit, Compliance, and Infrastructure teams.
- Act as a key advisor for platform capabilities in security assessments, audit reviews, and regulatory reporting.
- Mentor junior team members and promote skill development.

**Operational Oversight**:

- Oversee the integration and tuning of security platforms to ensure high performance and data quality.
- Monitor platform health, availability, and SLA adherence.
- Drive continuous improvement through lessons learned, feedback loops, and capability reviews.
- Manage vendor relationships and contracts related to security tooling and services.

**Requirements**:
**Education & Experience**:

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Information Systems, or a related field.
- **7+ years**of experience in cybersecurity or enterprise technology, with at least **3+ years**in a leadership role.
- Proven experience working in or supporting a **regulated financial services**environment.

**Technical Skills**:

- Hands-on experience with enterprise-grade security platforms such as Splunk, CrowdStrike, CyberArk, Tenable, Palo Alto, and SOAR platforms.
- Proficiency in architecting secure, scalable, and resilient solutions within **hybrid cloud environments**, along with a strong grasp of **CI/CD and DevSecOps methodologies**.
- Strong understanding of identity, access, and privilege management, threat detection & response, and cloud security.
- Familiarity with MAS TRM, Cyber Hygiene guidelines, NIST CSF, MITRE ATT&CK, and ISO 27001.

**Soft Skills**:

- Strong leadership and project management capabilities.
- Effective communication and stakeholder engagement skills across technical and business teams.
- Ability to make data-driven decisions and handle incident escalations confidently.

**Preferred Certifications**:CISSP, CISM, CRISC, CCSP, or platform-specific certifications (e.g., Splunk, AWS Security, CyberArk).
