**Requirements**:
To be successful in this role, you will possess the following experience, knowledge and skills:
- Minimum ‘O’ Level & Above
- Certificate in general insurance is a plus
- Minimum 2 years & above relevant working experience
- Working experience in related industry as secretary supporting high level Management
and /or the Corporate Secretary is a plus
- Working experience in insurance/digital marketing and communications is a plus
- Ability to prioritize multiple tasks seamlessly with excellent attention to detail
- Able to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a strong command of written and
spoken English
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Skills (word, excel, power point)
**Job description**
The successful applicant will:
- Provide business support to both internal and external customers of the Chief Executive
- Provide secretarial and administrative support to the Chief Executive (and Executive Board, if
- required)- Manage travel arrangements, including booking of flights, accommodation and visa- Manage corporate events, e.g. townhalls, and lead generation events (with producers)
- Manage logistics (reports, agenda, matters arising, minutes of meeting) for the Monthly
Management meetings. Keep minutes of the Monthly Management meetings
- Use internal and change communication to help the business grow, change and transform
- Work as part of the Procurement Team to handle procurement matters according to the
- Procurement Guideline- Any other ad-hoc assignments and administrative duties as assigned from time to time.
