As a Senior Sustainability Manager, you will be responsible for a team that would focus on group sustainability and smart integration initiatives regionally, based in Singapore. You will be responsible for directing and arriving at smart solutions strategies which will add value to the expansion of the services currently offered by Sygna and build positive relationships across all levels as a specialist trusted advisor.

**Responsibilities**:

- Drive for smart initiatives like digital twins, cloud-based IoT solutioning to expand the strengths of Sygna in advanced commissioning and remote monitoring, as a digital-minded entrepreneur
- Manage Sustainability and Green Certification processes such as GRESB, Green Mark, LEED, and WELL as well as net-zero initiatives
- Responsible for preliminary concepts and technology assessment to assess feasibility in areas of building technologies for potential integration to our current business offerings
- Familiarity with open protocol environment like Niagara 4, MindSphere, OpenBlue which have strong adoption for the built environment will be an advantage. You will be helping the business unit in assessing faster adoption of solutions based on cost impact analysis
- Work on structuring the organizational sustainability offerings to enter new growth markets and position Sygna with a stronghold in Sustainability
- Manage and report of progress and findings to senior management and provide mentorship training and teambuilding to junior staff
- Assist in tender pursuit and proactively support business development initiatives
- Work closely with other CTA regional and international offices

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor Degree or above
- Minimum 7 years of experience with a good understanding of Data Driven Services, IoT, Energy Performance, BMS. Experience in digital platform development or value assessment of digital solutions for the built environment sector
- Familiarity with Digital Twins, IBMS fundamentals is required. Exposure to Big Data would be of advantage
- Have a good understanding on buildings and machine critical infrastructure facilities like Datacentres in terms of operational requirements, commissioning, and system architecture is preferred
- Familiar with HVAC fundamentals and engineering systems design
- Able to function independently in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment, experience in conducting brainstorming sessions, risk assessment, and consulting engagements as required
- Excellent communication skills - oral, written, and presentation - and facilitate with necessary supporting software (Microsoft: Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Ability to work both independently and in a team environment
- Passion for and demonstrated interest in sustainability and energy efficiency fields
