In this role as Sustainability Manager, your responsibilities will include but are not limited to;

Accountabilities:
Strategic- Contribute to Regional Sustainability Strategy and develop Singapore specific response and/or Singapore Business response to ensure successful communication and implementation.- Share external best practice, industry insights, collaborations and networks with senior management to help Lendlease Singapore lead in sustainability performance.- Lead social sustainability in Singapore, working with the asset operations and marketing team to deliver social value in support of Lendlease targets.- Lead the development and implementation of Sustainability Strategies on Major Projects in Singapore and support sustainability within new bids/business opportunities.

Operations- Monitor and report on Singapore sustainability performance i.e. environmental and social metrics to key management forums, internal and external reporting frameworks including GRESB and Lendlease Shareholder Report.- Develop business case for sustainability initiatives or measures recommended to senior management and oversee implementation such as asset efficiency, low carbon roadmaps and community impact projects.-
- Asset & Development Low Carbon Transition: high performance green buildings, energy efficiency, green infrastructure, fuel switching, renewable/low carbon materials and circular economy.

People- Influence and lead through others in the Business to understand, own and drive sustainability performance as part of their day-to-day role.-
- Lead Lendlease external sustainability engagement and relationships and partnerships in Singapore to help drive sustainability improvements within the organisation and raise overall industry benchmarks/awareness.- Leverage Business adoption of sustainability management tools, guidance, templates, tools and systems including FOOTPRINT.- Lead external reporting obligations (IM GRESB Reporting) and associated sustainability data where relevant.

**Requirements**:
- Tertiary Qualifications in an Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Environmental), and/or Sustainability related field 6-8 years preferred.- Sustainability / Engineering consulting experience is preferred- Experience in managing strategic initiatives within a corporation that has involved developing a business case, leading through others and engaging multiple stakeholders.- Experience in leveraging research, resourcing and skills across large organisations in Country and/or Asia into strategic business operations and/or new business opportunities.- Project management skills. Managing technical scope, budget, teams and deliverables on key initiatives and or projects.- Act as a connection and/or source of knowledge or guidance on risks, opportunity and trending in social sustainability, ESG investment, supply chain risks, green technology and green ratings.- Proven verbal and written communication skills in articulating a business case (both financial and non-financial) associated with key sustainability initiatives to key internal and external stakeholders.
