You will be joining us as a Talent Acquisition Manager to bring the right people for the team and help teams scale up across business functions and countries.

DESIGNATION : Talent Acquisition Manager

RESPONSIBILITIES
What you’ll do:

- Perform outreach efforts to build a strong talent network, as well as manage recruitment partners
- Engaging with the business and current employees to help drive employee referrals
- Building trust with business leaders through outstanding delivery
- Maintain accurate records in our applicant tracking system
- Work closely with VP Operations to device employment policies and ensure compliance with employment legislation
- Work with the internal HR team and hiring manager to manage the onboarding process for the new hires
- Work with business leaders to develop a probation assessment framework

QUALIFICATIONS
Who we’re looking for
- At least 3-5 years experience in the recruitment field, from both recruitment agency and in-house environments with a proven track record of successful placements
- You thrive in a fast-paced and hyper-growth environment
- You possess excellent questioning skills and are able to make thorough and logical assessments
- You have sound business acumen and solid project management skills with the ability to handle multiple internal & external stakeholders & partners
- You have strong interpersonal and communication skills, written and verbally
- You’re a critical thinker and excellent problem-solver, analytical and customer-service oriented
- You’re full of positive energy and able to build and maintain great working relationships with others
- Proficient in applicant tracking system and scheduling tools
- You’re a quick learner, tech-savvy, resourceful and have a great sense of responsibility
