Job description

Service:

- Receive payment by cash, gift certificate, credit cards, vouchers.
- Issue receipts, and give exact change to customers.
- Count money in cash drawers at the beginning of shifts to ensure that amounts are correct and that there is adequate change.
- Greet customers entering establishments.
- Maintain cleanliness and orderly in his/her area.
- Consistently provide excellent customer service by building rapport with customers and conversing with patrons while preparing orders.
- Interface with customers to assess purchasing needs and provide recommendations based on expertise of new and current products and customers’ tastes.
- Take food and drink orders and receive payment from customers.
- Delivered high quality customer service to promote La Lola culture, values, and mission.

Operations:

- Maintain sanitation, health, and safety standards in work areas. **Clean food preparation areas, cooking surfaces, and utensils.**
- Mix ingredients such as churros or chocolates.
- Prepare and serve beverages such as coffee and cold drinks.
- Clean, stock, and restock workstations and display cases.
- Reinforced and upheld operational policies and procedures.
- Report any spoilage items to Manager or Supervisor
- Delivered high quality customer service to promote La Lola culture, values, and mission.
- Read food order slips or receive verbal instructions as to food required by customer, and prepare and cook food according to instructions in Operation Manual.
- Measure ingredients required for specific food items being prepared. **Prepare masa, following recipe**
- Make sure to serve hot and fresh churros.
- Delivered high quality customer service to promote La Lola culture, values, and mission.
- **Maintain cleanliness and orderly in his/her area.**

**Requirements**:

- Amenable to work in Jewel Changi Airport
- You have at least 1 year experience including solid experience in a similar role within Restaurant or Store.
- Prior retail experience in Food & Beverage would be an advantage.
- You are a strong networker & relationship builder
- You are adaptable and thrive in changing environments
- You are a strong team player who can manage multiple stakeholder
