**Job Summary**:
Autowash24 is seeking a dynamic and experienced Store Manager to oversee our Changi and Ubi branch. The Store Manager will be responsible for the overall management and operation of the car wash facility, ensuring it runs efficiently, meets quality standards, and delivers exceptional customer service. This role requires a results-driven individual who can lead a team and uphold Autowash24's reputation for excellence.
**Key Responsibilities:
**Operational Management**:
- Manage day-to-day operations of the car wash facility, ensuring smooth workflow and adherence to safety protocols.
- Oversee the maintenance of equipment, ensuring it operates efficiently and scheduling repairs or maintenance as needed.
- Maintain adequate inventory levels of cleaning supplies, chemicals, and other operational materials.
**Customer Service Excellence**:
- Foster a customer-centric culture among staff, providing a welcoming and friendly environment for customers.
- Address customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints promptly and professionally, aiming for high customer satisfaction levels.
**Team Leadership**:
- Recruit, train, and supervise staff, including car wash attendants and support personnel.
- Set clear performance expectations, provide regular feedback, and conduct performance evaluations.
- Create a positive and collaborative work environment that encourages teamwork and high employee morale.
**Financial Management**:
- Monitor and manage the branch's financial performance, including revenue, expenses, and profitability.
- Implement cost-effective measures to optimize operational efficiency.
**Quality Assurance**:
- Ensure that all car wash processes meet Autowash24's quality standards, including a focus on thorough cleaning and safety.
- Conduct quality control checks and inspections to maintain the highest level of service quality.
**Marketing and Promotion**:
- Collaborate with the marketing team to implement promotional activities, loyalty programs, and customer engagement initiatives.
- Actively engage in local marketing efforts to attract new customers and retain existing ones.
**Qualifications**:
- Diploma or tertiary education in Business Administration, Management, or related field (preferred).
- 5 years of proven experience in store or branch management, preferably in the automotive or service industry.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Proficiency in basic financial management and budgeting.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
