**Key Responsibilities** Operations Management**
- Manage the planning process to ensure all daily operation activities are executed and met with no failures (i.e. 24 hours operation daily inclusive of PH)
- Conduct daily / weekly / monthly meeting with in-house 3PL Service Partner to improve operations performance
- Publish Service levels (receiving, shipping, etc.), Productivity (by departments), Quality, Cycle counts, etc. to drive performance improvements.
- Implementation and complied to operational procedures and internal control.
- Responsible for Security & Safety of office, warehouse facilities / assets / Inventory and maintain all the equipment’s.
- Documentation of Process and Manage the ISO requirements, disciplined change, re-training process that may result from improvements.
- Manage customer complaints; improve quality performance through root cause analysis (CAPA), containment action and corrective actions.
- Prepare KPI report for management's review
- Conduct in-house training to ensure all staff are cross trained
- Manage vendor & staff overtime and performance assessment
- Ensure cost control programmes are effectively implemented to manage cost
- Ensure Company policies and quality procedures are effectively carried out
**Warehouse Management System Solution & Implementation**
- Working with IT vendor on WMS issue and process improvement
- Conduct WMS training to peer
**Support projects and business development opportunities.**
- Work closely with cross functional team and customer
- Provide statistical analysis and advisory support
**Key Requirements**
- Diploma in Logistics / Supply Chain Management is preferred
- Min 3 years of relevant experience in Supply Chain
- Analytical, detail and creative
- Good leadership & organizational skills
- Effective Team management
- Excellent problem solving competency
- Be hands-on and a self-starter with demonstrated maturity, possess initiative and have excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast paced and demanding environment.
- Advanced in MS Excel, Word, Powerpoint, MS Visio and with knowledge in Macros is a plus
- Experience in a 3rd part logistics service provider Company would be an added advantage.
