Position: Project Planner -Executive
Job Scope:
- Full spectrum of secretarial support to Project Management Team.
- Arrange meetings between site / contract and design teams for progress monitoring.
- Prepares schedules and tracking lists by monitoring and liaising with various site and design team on progress and submissions
- Prepare reports, documents and presentation materials to be used by Project Management Team.
- Plan and work closely with various departments to ensure timely delivery and completion of projects
- Communicates directly, and on occasion on behalf of the Senior Executive, with internal and external stakeholders.
- Researches, prioritizes, and follows up on incoming issues and concerns addressed to the Project Management Team, including those of a sensitive or confidential nature. Determines appropriate course of action or response.
- Works closely and effectively with the Project Management Team to keep them well-informed of upcoming commitments and responsibilities, and follow up appropriately.
- Successfully completes critical aspects of deliverables with a hands-on approach, including drafting acknowledgement letters, personal correspondence, and other tasks that facilitate the team’s ability to effectively execute his / her tasks.
- Prioritizes conflicting needs; handles matter expeditiously, proactively, and follows through on projects to successful completion, often with deadline pressures.
- Any other adhoc tasks assigned by Project Management Team
**Requirements**:
- Minimum a Diploma Holder with 2 years of experience
- Possess good interpersonal, communication skills and able to communicate with staff of all levels
- Committed and responsible individual
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Able to interact with high profile clients & executives
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Highly organized and meticulous to details
