We are seeking a talented Beauty Outlet Manager to lead our vibrant team and drive the success of our beauty center. As the Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of daily operations, from ensuring exceptional customer experiences to managing staff schedules and inventory.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead, motivate, and inspire a team of beauty professionals to deliver outstanding service and achieve sales targets.
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance the beauty center's profitability and reputation.
- Foster a positive work environment that encourages creativity, teamwork, and continuous learning.
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and safety in accordance with industry regulations.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, and partners to drive business growth and customer loyalty.
- Monitor and analyze key performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions as needed.

Qualifications:

- Proven experience in a similar managerial role within the beauty industry.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
- Solid understanding of beauty products, treatments, and trends.
- Proficiency in budgeting, inventory management, and business operations.
- Flexibility to work weekends and evenings as needed.
