**The Company**
This is an excellent opportunity to join a US MNC with impressive growth across established and emerging markets. Due to evolving business needs, they are recruiting for a Commercial and Pricing Lead to look after the SEA region.
**The Role**
Reporting to the Head of Commercial Finance and Pricing, you will collaborate with our senior stakeholders to enhance revenue growth through the formulation and implementation of effective strategies throughout SEA. Prepare financial modelling, pricing analysis and business cases for new products and existing programs in Southeast Asia. Lead cross functional teams in developing and implementing strategic roadmaps product offering, pricing strategies whilst advising and earning the title of trusted advisor to our internal stakeholders. Prepare pricing and investment committee materials for internal review and external client proposals. In-depth analysis of competitors' strategies and customers' pricing elasticity study. Identify customer purchasing behaviours, price/discount sensitivity, brand loyalty across sales channels. Support a robust process for product and pricing reviews ensuring appropriate controls, governance and documentation are in place. Participate in APAC regional knowledge sharing and further develop financial models and management reporting to ensure effective and efficient analysis and commercial decision making. Drive regional framework and standards for pricing and investment analytics and performance management.
**Your Profile**
To qualify for this role, you must have a Bachelor Degree in Accountancy with minimum 8 years of relevant experience in commercial finance or pricing ideally in a large MNC within Service or Technology industry. It is essential to have strong knowledge in financial modelling and excellent analytical skills. We are seeking a strong problem solver with high level of accountability and excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
