Job Description:
You will be part of the Group Tax team based in Singapore, overseeing transfer pricing (TP) matters. Your responsibilities include:
Managing the Group's TP matters across countries where the group operates.
Ensuring TP compliance, monitoring reporting timelines, and maintaining proper documentation.
Handling TP queries and audits in collaboration with external service providers and local teams.
Monitoring and analyzing changes in TP regulations across countries and assessing their impact.
Assisting in developing and implementing Group TP strategies.
Working with finance teams on TP policies and related party transactions.
Managing the Group's Country-by-Country Report (CbCR) filings and local notifications.
Performing ad-hoc projects related to TP.
Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy, Finance, or related fields.
CPA/CA or advanced taxation qualification preferred.
At least 7 years of experience in Big 4 Transfer Pricing or in-house tax departments handling TP, preferably in MNCs.
Strong knowledge of transfer pricing regulations.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Meticulous with strong analytical skills.
Adaptable and eager for new challenges.
Ability to work independently on research and projects.
