Team Introduction
TikTok is seeking a Transfer Pricing Assistant Manager based in Singapore office who will become an integral part of our global Tax Department. In this role, you will be assisting transfer pricing and tax matters in Singapore and surrounding countries, including but not limited to transfer pricing compliance, businesses support, tax control, tax optimization, and tax audit assistance, etc. This role will face some of the most dynamic challenges in Transfer pricing and will have plenty of learning and growth opportunities.

**Responsibilities**:

- Monitor and review transfer pricing processes;
- Assist in the preparation, managing, and maintaining of contemporaneous transfer pricing documentation process with external consultants;
- Respond to internal and external tax inquires, and assist business partners with transfer pricing issues timely;
- Support the implementation of transfer pricing processes, controls, and monitoring periodically;
- Liaise and collaborate closely with finance teams to provide ad-hoc solutions;
- Assist in undertaking internal transfer pricing risk assessment;
- Prepare functional and financial analyses to reaffirm the existing TP policies;
- Manage and implement the transfer pricing price setting, monitoring and review processes;
- Monitor and analyze proposed and newly enacted transfer pricing legislation, regulations and judicial decisions that impact the company operations and financial positions.

- 3-6 years of related experience in a large MNC and/or an accounting firm with a Bachelor's degree in Economics, Finance, Management, Business, Mathematics/Statistics, Taxation, or equivalent;
- Experiences in transfer pricing compliance matters for Singapore and South East Asia countries;
- Strong time management skills and verbal communication skills;
- Highly motivated transfer pricing professional with solid understanding of transfer pricing principles and interpretation;
