
Commercial Ops and Excellence Lead, Sea

**Job Purpose and Scope**
To assist in the objective to improve the competitive position of the company based on the commercial operations, sales force effectiveness and development needs to achieve current and future SEA business goals.
Be a proactive enabler to the regular operations and ad-hoc projects in driving the business towards appropriate improvement/development.
**Overall**
- Serve as a role model for Commercial Excellence strategy and values.
- Involve in partnering with other areas (Marketing, Sales, Customer Experience/Service, IT etc) to define and implement processes to optimize productivity of the sales force. Link all processes and results.
- Lead ad hoc key projects per assigned in the interests of business (e.g. assimilation of new business/products, tender analysis, market share and competitor understanding).
- Manage operations regarding distributor management (e.g. MOH management, contract renewals, transitions).
**Regular Business Reviews and S&OP Process**
- Lead in coordinating the monthly country sales and operations meetings.
- Support Commercial Ops Manager for the monthly BRM with Regional Team by gathering data and providing analysis around sales, deals, NPI, inventory, etc.
- Work with internal stakeholders (Sales Head / Marketing, Finance partners, etc) in SEA countries to prepare the required commercial and financial information.
**Strategic Pricing and Sales Incentives Plan Design**
- Raise visibility and importance of pricing discipline within organization (looking at / reviewing price movements)
- Aid in reviewing existing internal metrics
- Plan, administer, communicate targets and payout on a quarterly basis to sales force and sales management.
**Sales support and Customer Segmentation**
- Track Market Share and Account Segmentation
- Lead and champion sales team to use Eyeforce (consistent calls and opportunities)
- Execute the governance process to monitor bundle deals and approved promotional sales strategies.
- Work as an in-house consultant with sales team & Commercial Manager to conduct strategic projects.
**Data Management & Analytics / Call Activity**
- Regular management of In-Market sales data from distributors and close monitoring inventory level data at warehouses. Provide recommendations based on the insights derived from the sales and inventory data.
- Review call tracking activities and trends within the countries; regular review with regional team
- Leverage tools to create and deploy meaningful dashboards to increase transparency, visibility, and alignment of metrics from management to sales team
- Maintain sales team’s Eyeforce accounts and customer master lists with local operations teams.
- Conduct various kinds of sales analysis together with sales team to obtain market and business insights, opportunity and risk assessment
- Lead in building and managing a common sharepoint for increased efficiency in business operations and communication to sales teams
**Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s degree
- Strong analytical skills and tenacity
- Strong written and communication skills
- Willingness to learn and work hard as a team
- Competence in technologies preferred (Powerpoint, Excel, SAP, BWP, Salesforce, etc.)
- Minimum of 3 years of related experience (e.g. Operations, Commercial, Consulting/Project management, Business Finance) in relevant industries (preferably Healthcare)
