As a Kickass UX/UI Designer, you will work with a creative and imaginative team to develop aesthetically appealing and user-friendly digital designs in a fast-paced environment.

**Responsibilities**:

- Gather and evaluate user requirements in collaboration with product managers and engineers
- Illustrate design ideas using storyboards, process flows and sitemaps
- Design graphic user interface elements.
- Develop UI mock-ups and prototypes that clearly illustrate how apps function and look like.
- Translate user behaviour and research into actionable data
- Create original graphic designs (e.g. images, sketches and tables)
- Prepare and present rough drafts to internal teams and key stakeholders
- Identify and troubleshoot UX problems and also to keep up-to-date knowledge in UI / UX trends and technologies.
- Conduct layout adjustments based on user feedback
- Adhere to and create style standards and guides on fonts, colours and images

**Requirements**:

- Proven work experience as a UI/UX Designer or similar role
- Portfolio of design projects
- Knowledge of wireframe tools (e.g. Adobe XD, Figma, Invision etc.,)
- Up-to-date knowledge of design software like Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop
- Team spirit; strong communication skills to collaborate with various stakeholders
- Goodtime-management skills
