**Responsibilities**:

- Create wireframes for exploring ideas and iterating through different stages of product development
- Design high-fidelity mockups for responsive web products
- Create prototypes for bringing your design to life and collect feedback from users for enhancements
- Prepare and lead big-picture UI/UX discussions
- Connect with cross-functional teammates (Engineering, Sales, Marketing) to ensure that proposed design solutions can effectively address our users' needs
- Gain insights into user needs and behaviors through qualitative and quantitative analysis
- Keep track of key success KPIs by collecting and analyzing user data from various sources
- Always follow up with the latest design trends and test them out

**Other Requirements**:

- At least 3 years of professional hands-on design experience as a product designer, UI/UX designer, or similar role
- Have 2 years + experience of in designing a responsive web app
- Great time-management, planning and organization skills.
- Understand the product development cycle.
- Skilled with design tools such as Adobe XD, Illustrator, Photoshop, Figma, etc.
- Bachelor degree required

**Optional Requirements**:

- Have technical background.
- Managed digital products in the past.
- Open to business travel, sometimes, it may be a few months, but it is not so important if you cannot travel.
- Fluent in another language.
- Have you had many travel experiences in the past, or have you were in the travel industry.
- Leadership experience in the past.
- Have client-facing experience in the past.
- Have a product analytics background or do know about it.
