**The Role**:
As a UI/UX, you will collaborate with a small, tight knit team who set the strategy for our customer interface in an engaging and constructive way. You will also be working closely with the product lead and developers of NEX10 Labs. Self-starters are encouraged to explore, fail fast, and build new things, and will be given opportunities to develop and grow within the company.

**Responsibilities**:

- Contribute to projects with direct impact on the evolution of NEX10 NFT Products
- Be part of a cross-functional team that experiments, iterates and delivers on product objectives
- Showcase your expertise in building an engaging user experience
- Build relationships and interact with Product and Design team members
- Innovate and build good user experiences

**Essential Skills and Qualifications**:

- At least 3 years of relevant industry experience in a Product Design, Interaction Design, or UX Design role within the crypto space
- Experience using wireframing tools such as Figma is preferred
- Demonstrate strong communication skills, as well as the ability to explain ideas and advocate for design decisions
- Familiarity designing for multiple platforms including native and responsive design
- Passionate about resolving user pain points through intuitive designs
- Excellent self-starter who can deeply collaborate with cross-functional partners

**Nice-to-Have Skills and Qualifications**:

- Web3 Experience is a plus, but is not necessary. We are looking for people who are willing to learn
- Comfort with working remotely on a full-time basis
- Minted NFTs before and have a good understanding of NFT minting user experience
