【 What you will be doing 】
- Data entries, and updates for all physical and derivate trading
- Assisting to check and confirm commercial information, Contracts, Letters of Credit etc
- Creating, updating and maintaining the Trading Team’s purchase orders and invoices matters
- Organising and supporting with travel bookings, payments and scheduling to include hotels, train travel, flights and hire car
- Event booking and coordination for customer events and other conferences
- Obtaining quotes for specific marketing activities including for our catalogue production, exhibitions and customer events
- Booking meeting rooms and facilities as required on and off-site
- Attending Management meetings as required to support Commercial objectives, activities and requirements
- Provide admin support to the Trading Team including but not limited to raising purchase orders, checking the accuracy of invoices, creating agendas, drafting, formatting, printing reports, answering
- Collating the Trading team's daily, weekly, and monthly reports including core objectives, Key Performance Indicators and ownership of reporting schedules.
- Compiling information from the Trading Team to assist in the production of Trading Team communication channels to staff including Team Talk
- Supporting the Trading Team management in the recruitment and induction process, including organising dates, meeting rooms, handling documents and producing induction programmes to ensure all new starters are provided with a complete overview of the business.
- ** Requirement**:

- Bachelor’s Degree in Maritime Studies, Maritime Law, or a related field.
- Experience as a trading assistant in stock broking or commodity trading a plus
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications and IT-savvy to be able to use other software/platforms required for trading & operations
- Knowledge of Upstream contracts (Petroleum contract, PS contract, Service contract etc) is a big plus
- ** Working Hour**: 9:00 ~ 17:25
