Singapore CHILIOGON ASIA PTE. LTD. Full time

**Key Responsibilities**

1. Assist front office on trade executions, P&L reporting, stock borrows, corporate actions, trade lifecycle events (e.g., dividends, options exercise/expirations)

2. Trade and position reconciliations between front office and prime brokers, trading counterparties and fund administrators.

3. Treasury and Cash management/reconciliation and daily reporting.

4. Work closely with fund administrators for timely production of NAV and arrange for fund payments to be processed.

5. Monitor the expiry dates on futures, options, treasuries and fixed deposits. Ensure rolls are done in a timely manner.

6. Provide operational support to the trading desk/front office and attend to their requests and queries.

7. Resolve breaks and follow up with respective stakeholders for timely trade settlements. Manage fails and claims.

8. Support accounts on-boarding and KYC/AML checks.

9. Assist support teams with accounting, audit and compliance queries.

**Job Requirements**
- Bachelor’s degree with minimum 3 years of work experience in the financial industry preferably in a Middle or Back Office / Trade Support capacity
- Fluent in both spoken and written English
- Experience in Trade Lifecycle support for Fixed Income, Equities, Derivatives products
- Knowledge of working with Bloomberg preferred
- Good understanding of the end-to-end transaction cycle
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office
