**About the role:
**Success in this role is dependent on maintaining profitability and driving sustainable growth working closely with the IPL Product and Underwriting teams.

As a key member of our APAC Consumer Lines Portfolio Management team, you will work with the Global/Regional/Local underwriting teams to create and execute pricing strategies and provide analytical support to senior management for our Personal Lines Auto portfolio. You will be responsible for initiatives related to pricing, business intelligence and development of Auto products.

You will conduct detailed analysis across the portfolio to monitor the experience of products, accounts and/or campaigns that have been executed, and make recommendations on relevant Underwriting and/or Pricing actions. You are expected to have up-to-date knowledge of latest advancement in data analytics and continuously drive improvement in that area within the organization.

Your ability to build strong relationships with internal stakeholders across all levels of our business will be critical to your success.

**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct detailed analysis of loss cost and demand model to optimize revenue and profitability within business plan target. Work with LOB owners to form commercial pricing decisions.
- Conduct detailed portfolio analysis and monitoring. Drive the portfolio management culture to be embedded within the underwriting team across countries.
- Work along side with Pricing Implementation team to ensure pricing strategies are executed timely
- Provide analytical support in developing new product idea and pricing the product. Ensure robust monitoring framework is in place and provide timely feedback.
- Participate in the Monthly Calls and Quarterly Reviews with Home Office staff, prepare regular reports for the Chief Underwriter & Actuary, and coordinate the information that is regularly sent to Home Office

**Requirements**:

- 7-10 years’ experience in Auto Insurance Product, preferably with prior experience in Thailand and Malaysia Auto insurance industry
- Proven record of ability to work effectively in a highly-matrixed organization across all levels of an organization.
- Possess strong influencing and interpersonal skills, honed in a demanding and high performing work environment. Bachelor’s Degree on Actuarial/Stats/Mathematics/Data Science

**Technical Knowledge**:

- Data Analytics and Business Intelligence
- Advanced level of data management (SQL, Python) and dashboarding skillset (Qlik, Power BI)
- Fluency with WTW Radar
- Fluency with Predictive Modelling (GLM) Advanced actuarial pricing knowledge

**Behavioral Skills**:

- Highly analytical and meticulous to details
- Ability to transform technical analysis output to business insight, reduce complex problems to simple solutions
