**Roles and Responsibilities**
- Assisting Counsels on the Global Litigation & Investigations team with critical fact finding when conducting internal investigations and presenting findings
- Investigating complex financial transactions and misconduct allegations, including those involving potential fraud, bribery, embezzlement, competition issues, and/or conflicts of interest
- Performing data analysis and selecting samples for testing to detect potential misconduct
- Provide suggestions for the development of fraud prevention efforts
- Other tasks as assigned by the Counsels in the Global Litigation & Investigations team
**Required Qualifications**
- Bachelor's Degree in accounting, finance, economics, or mathematics is required; a master's degree is desirable
- Minimum of 6 years working experience in a professional services firm or inhouse role that is focused on forensic accounting and fraud examination
- Thorough knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP)
- Extensive experience in fraud investigation and familiar with the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act (FCPA), or other anti-bribery/anti-corruption (ABAC) laws
- Excellent oral and written communication skills in English and Chinese

- Strong technical accounting knowledge and ability to discern complex accounting issues
- Strong project management skills and self-independence to drive project deadlines
- Ability to multi-task

- Excellent interpersonal skills to work effectively at all levels of the organization
- Ability to work well independently and in a team setting
- Ability and willingness to travel domestically and globally, as required
