**Responsibilities**:

- Ensure that the cloud and IT systems are operating smoothly, securely, and efficiently.
- Provide guidance and technical support to team members and other IT staff in the region.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant policies, regulations, and standards related to IT infrastructure and cloud operations.
- Develop and implement processes to monitor and analyze cloud usage, identify potential security threats, and respond to incidents.
- Work with other teams to design, implement, and maintain cloud infrastructure components.
- Participate in the development and implementation of disaster recovery and business continuity plans.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field with at least 10 years experience in IT Infrastructure and Cloud Support. 5 years in a leadership role.
- Strong knowledge of AWS, AZURE, and Microsoft 365 architecture.
- Experience in managing IT infrastructure and cloud operations in a global organization.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and stakeholder management skills with an analytical mindset.
- Relevant certifications such as AWS Certified Solutions Architect or Microsoft Certified Azure Solutions Architect would be an advantage.
