**Key Responsibilities**:

- Engage with customers to understand their requirements for hiring Migrant Domestic Workers (MDWs)
- Conduct thorough interviews with potential MDWs from international training centers
- Shortlist and recommend suitable MDWs to customers based on their specific needs
- Coordinate and schedule interviews between customers and selected MDWs
- Provide after-sales support and address any service-related issues for both customers and MDWs

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Drive and determination to achieve sales performance
- Good communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, mail)
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team setting
- CEI Certification is required / or willing to take exam.
- Prior experience in a maid agency or related industry is preferred
