Roles & Responsibilities

DHL Express Global Head Office has an opening for G**lobal IT System Specialist**, based in Singapore. The role purpose is to:

- Support IT projects delivery by ensuring project meets DHL technology platform, quality and integrity requirements.
- Provide technical expertise with respect to leading-edge development technologies.
- Provide technical expertise to the implementation of technically complex migration and integration projects.
- **YOUR TASKS**

IT Systems Development, Configuration & Testing
- Provide technical expertise with respect to leading-edge technologies specifically in the area of Sales and Marketing - including:

- Provide technical input on design, development, implementation of major solutions.
- Configure/implement IT systems using the agreed technologies components (e.g. SOA).
- Provide and/ or support design of solutions for Non-Functional Requirements.
Provide support for ISMS Compliance, Internal Auditing for Internal IT Applications.
- Technical Quality assurance and testing for solutions within Sales and Marketing (Commercial) Domain.

Technology, Touchpoint, People and Processes
Support implementation of technically complex migrations & integration solution and transition projects.
- Identify (IT) technology issues/risks early during software development.
- Build an effective relationship with internal and external stakeholders.

**WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU**
Experience working in a multi-national enterprise, preferably within the logistics or transportation sector is desirable but not essential.
- Experience in service oriented architecture and related technologies (e.g. Angular & Java).
- Experience with integration architecture and integration software such as SAG BAM/BPM, Mapforce, FICO.
- Must be able to work collaboratively with cross-functional cross-geographical teams to develop solutions.
- Awareness on Information Security Management Process (ISMS) and fulfilling IT Auditing requirement will be an added advantage.
- Knowledge and/or working experience in a cross-cultural environment with global scope is desirable.
- Divisional DHL experience is not mandatory but will be an asset.
- Degree/Diploma in Computer Science or IT Advanced University Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field or similar experience/education.
