**Description**
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Account Clerk to support the accounting department in maintaining accurate financial records and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
**Responsibilities**:
- Perform daily operation activities and data entry of transactions into MS Excel
- Process accounts receivable and payable, including invoicing, payments, and reconciliations.
- Maintain accurate records of expenses, purchases, and sales.
- Organize and file documents (digital and physical).
- To assist on any other matter as required by the Admin/Accounts Executive and Operations Manager.
- Manage recruitment processes and handle onboarding, including employment contracts.
- Maintain and update employee records and personal files.
- Handle foreign worker matters, including work pass and accommodation.
- Coordinate staff training schedules and liaise with trainers.
- Other ad-hoc duties as and when required.
**Requirements**:
- Accounting certification or related field (preferred).
- Minimum 2yrs of working experience in accounting, bookkeeping, or a similar role.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Strong communication skills (written and verbal).
- Able to start work immediately or with short notice period.
