Renovation company looking for administrative clerk position.
Job Desription:
Full Time / 5 days week
Working hours: Monday to Friday 10.30am to 7pm.
Working in Balestier area
1. Handling assigned admin works/ duties
- Process and invoice from Sales Team
2. Assist on account duties including data entry into system and checking of invoices and payment, filing, profit & loss & etc
3. Handle calls to purchase of goods & materials
4. Working experience in office administrative is advantage
5. Knowledge of Microsoft Word/ Excel
6. Handle paper work ( Quotation / Tax Invoice /
Progress Claims / Purchase Order).
7. To assist in GST and CPF submission;
8. To assist in monitoring of receivables and follow-up on collections
9. Perform monthly reconciliation of vendor statements of accounts and ensure payments are processed timely
