About Evergreen Growth PTE

Evergreen Growth PTE is a family office that focuses on both primary market, secondary market and alternative asset investments. Evergreen works with leading private banks in the region for its secondary market and alternative asset investments. For its primary market investments, it works with regional and global venture capital firms as well as directly invest in early-stage tech startups. Currently, there are four areas of early stage venture investments: AI, enterprise software, fintech and blockchain.

Currently, Evergreen Growth PTE has 2 senior management members. Both of them have over 20 years of professional experiences in entrepreneurship as well as large tech company’s senior management. Both of them are also experienced with early venture investments and hold CFA charter. Evergreen Growth PTE is looking for young talents who are eager to explore tech startups and learn early venture investment.

**Job Responsibility**:
1. Liaise with financial institutions for periodical portfolio or investment review

2. Research investment opportunities proposed by financial institutions

3. Monitor market trends

4. Compile monthly and quarterly books and records

5. Compile annual financial statements

6. Work with other professional firms such as tax consultant, lawyers, etc.

**Past experience**:
1. Relevant experiences in securities investment preferred

2. 2+ years experiences in corporate accounting & finance role is a plus

**Skill requirements**:
1. Understanding of the principles of accounting and able to compile financial statements

2. Understanding of the principles of investment & finance

3. Ability to communicate well in both English and Chinese

4. Ability to work independently with limit amount of supervision

**Education background**:
Bachelor degree or above in business & finance from a reputable university
