**What you will be working on**

**The community engagement plays a vital role in our Association to ensure benefits and services are accorded to our members. This role serves the needs of our members and keeps the Association relevant and useful to our investing community. This position seeks to engage, add value and build the investing communities, via both online and offline, to form networks, and thereby increase the number of members and subscribers for the Association. Membership is at the heart of the Association, and they are the first point of contact as the face and advocates.**

**Responsibilities**
- Develop and execute community engagement marketing campaigns using physical and digital platforms, including manage the budget, increase the awareness and generate new membership sign ups and subscribers
- Identify and work with relevant partnerships to provide exclusive benefits for the betterment of our services to members
- Work with respective departments to develop new membership benefits and exclusive members’ only events
- Maintain good relations and customer service with members
- Work with approved creative agencies and designers to develop membership and community engagement related marketing content
- Assist in developing engaging content for our members’ only access content site
- Manage and maintain the CRM system and database
- Manage and ensure enquiries and investor rights issues are replied to in a timely manner
- Assist in any other related duties assigned by your Head of Department

**Requirements**:

- Diploma or Degree in Finance, Business and/or relevant fields
- Minimum 2 years experience in Accounts Servicing, Fund Raising, Project Management and/or relevant fields is preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Self-driven, people oriented and a team player
- Good interpersonal communication and presentation skills
- Able to work under pressure and to tight deadlines
- Ability to communicate, build and maintain good relationship with the community.
- Excellent in oral and written command of the English language is essential, proficiency in Chinese language will be an added advantage to liaise with Mandarin-speaking members

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $3,520.00 - $4,300.00 per month
