Job Scope:

- Collaborating on the creation and curation of engaging and relevant content for various social media channels, including text, graphics, photos, and videos, while taking into consideration the target audience.
- Managing social media platforms such as TikTok and Instagram, executing plans, and exploring new marketing channels to grow and engage the audience.
- Assisting in the planning and execution of marketing campaigns, with a focus on creating impactful and measurable results.
- Measuring and reporting on community-related metrics, analyzing data, and proposing new strategies to improve social media engagement.
- Monitoring social media accounts for comments, messages, and mentions, and responding appropriately or escalating issues to the appropriate team member as needed.
- Good grasp of aesthetics and have a keen eye for detail and design
- Familiar with marketing tools such as Meta Analytics, and design tools such as Canva and Adobe Suite.

**Requirements**:

- Min. Diploma in any relevant Marketing discipline
- Able to work independently with minimum supervision
- Good understanding of social media best practices, including creating engaging content, effectively using hashtags and keywords
- Understands social media metrics and target audience.
- Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Organized and proactive in finding solutions to challenges, and have a passion for growing and engaging communities.
- Good understanding of various marketing channels

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $3,000.00 - $3,800.00 per month

Supplemental pay types:

- 13th month salary
