**Job Title: Social Media Marketing**
**Overview**:
As a Social Media Specialist for our automotive company, you will be responsible for developing and implementing our social media strategy to enhance brand awareness, engage our audience, and drive traffic to our online platforms. You will work closely with the marketing team to create compelling content that resonates with our target audience and aligns with our brand identity.
**Key Responsibilities**:
1. **Content Creation**: Develop creative and engaging content for various social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and YouTube. This includes posts, videos, stories, and other multimedia content.
2. **Social Media Management**: Manage and maintain our company’s social media profiles and presence, ensuring consistency with brand voice and messaging. Monitor social media channels for comments, messages, and interactions, responding promptly and appropriately.
3. **Community Engagement**: Foster and grow our online community by actively engaging with followers, participating in conversations, and building relationships with influencers and industry partners.
4. **Campaign Development**: Collaborate with the marketing team to conceptualize and execute social media campaigns that align with our marketing objectives and drive engagement, leads, and sales.
5. **Analytics and Reporting**: Monitor social media analytics and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of our social media efforts. Provide regular reports and insights to the marketing team, identifying areas for improvement and optimization.
6. **Trend Monitoring**: Stay up-to-date with the latest trends, tools, and best practices in social media marketing and automotive industry trends. Use this knowledge to inform strategy and content development.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or related field.
- Proven experience working in social media management, preferably in the automotive industry.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and best practices.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail.
- Creative thinker with the ability to develop engaging content concepts.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with social media management tools and analytics platforms.
- Passion for cars and automotive culture is a plus.
