- Areas of study in Real Estate Management, Project Management, Event Management, or related discipline
- Experience in engaging tenants, stakeholders, organising or facilitating large scale public events from sports to community events
- Customer-experience oriented
- Enjoy working outdoors, doing field work and interacting with people
- Able to work independently and multi-task in performing a diverse range of duties, including operations, community engagement and enforcement
- Possess good interpersonal and writing skills
- Willing to work after office hours and during weekends and public holidays when required
