Customer Care Shared Service (CCSS) is a department that supports the update of customer particular, process nominations and service requests. Being an CCSS Executive, you will be responsible for the quality, accuracy, and completeness of customer information in Income's database systems with adherence to compliance and regulatory requirements. The Executive will support manager and CCSS team through a variety of tasks such as work reviews, new initiatives, etc.
- Manage updates of customer information i.e., nomination, update of particulars into database system.
- Adherence to data workflows within service level agreements (SLA) and high accuracy.
- Perform quality check and performance coaching.
- Handle 2nd level enquiries from backend customers’ enquiries through checks and verifications against source documents and related information.
- Investigate on complaints and mitigating measures.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand requirements and fulfil objectives
- Prepare department monthly/ ad-hoc reports.
- Perform data analytics to review work process improvements, initiate or support new implementations.
- Maintain Compliance and Regulatory Guidelines/ SOPs in managing customer records.
- Streamline work processes, review, and provide feedback for improvement.
- Undertake any assignments as and when assigned.

**Qualifications -**
- A Levels/ Polytechnic/ Degree
- Preferably min. 1-2 years working experience in relevant field
- Strong in Microsoft Office (Excel, Powerpoint, Word)
- Preferably in Insurance Certification
