**What you will be doing**:

- Responsible for the system design and implementation overseas.
- In charge of technical architecture design, key features implementation and development quality improvement.
- Investigate and optimize the performance and enhance the user experience.
- Work closely with engineers and product managers to ensure the smooth implementation of technical solutions.
- Manage, mentor and provide technical leadership for a team of software engineers.

What you should have
- Bachelor or higher degree in Computer Science or related fields from accredited and reputable institutions.
- 10+ years of experience developing highly scalable backend services and systems using at least one of Java/Golang/Python/Scala/C++.
- 5+ years of managing or tech-leading a software engineering team.
- Strong software programming capabilities, exhibits good code design and coding style.
- Deep understanding of data structure, algorithm design and analysis, networking, data security and highly scalable systems design.
- In-depth knowledge of common databases and messaging frameworks like MySQL/Redis/Kafka etc.
- Excellent cross-group/organization collaboration skills.
- Agile, quick self-learner, highly self-motivated with a strong sense of product ownership and creative problem solver.
- Ability to lead independent research to solve complex technical problems.
- Empathetic, results-oriented leader and mentor.
- Good collaborator and team player, comfortable working in a fast-moving, culturally diverse and globally distributed team environment.
