Our client, one of Asia-Pacific’s leading organizations is looking for:
**Desktop Support**

**Responsibilities**:

- First and Second level technical support for users’ desktops and laptops (Windows OS)
a. Troubleshoot and resolve any hardware, operating system, software problems relating to desktops, laptops including logging into it remotely if required
b. Manage Windows XP, Windows 7/10/11, MS Office 2003 and above, network connectivity, printer mapping and folder mapping etc
- Office 365 Administration
a. Office 365 Admin center administration e.g. user creation, deletion, shared mailboxes etc
b. Intune administration e.g. enrol and unjoin devices etc
- PC Setup
a. AD creation for users e.g. create, delete, disable etc
b. Join computer to domain
- Software support
a. Standard Office 365 software support e.g. Teams’ desktop, MS Word, MS Excel etc
b. Other Apps support e.g. Adobe Acrobat installation and license assignment, Zoom, FortiClient etc
- Endpoint protection support
a. Trend Micro Apex One installation and administration
- Printers support
a. Printers and Konica copiers MFP setup and support including scanning / incoming faxes configuration
- IT Assets
a. Annual PC Tech refresh for users
b. Maintains hardware and software inventory and keep it up to date - prepare checkout forms and check-in
c. Assist in annual assets condemnation exercise
- Liaise with vendors for servicing and quotation.
- Perform patch update and upgrades to computers, hardware, and software as required for end users’ devices
- Create and close tickets on the ticketing system, Zendesk, and provide details and respond in a timely manner to service issues and requests
- Video conferencing support
a. Manage the installation and maintenance of multimedia displays, projectors, video conference system support
b. Standby for support for meetings (it can be after office hours but not frequent)
- Room booking supporting including the meeting room lcd panels (knowledge transfer and training will be provided)
- Assist in putting in daily tapes and collection by offsite company, Crown, when Infra engineer is on leave
- Assist in troubleshooting network or internet connectivity. Escalate to Infra engineer to resolve network related and server issues.-
