**Position**:Operations Support Specialist
Period: To start in December 2021
**Responsibilities**:
- Support and execute operational functions as part of the operations team to optimise efficiency and results.
- Coordinate with the client and stakeholders to manage operational activities and achieve customer satisfaction.
- Troubleshoot basic hardware and software issues on the ground at the client location.
- Gather requirements to create training scenarios using the simulation platform to meet training objectives.
- Support project and QA teams as and when required.
- Any other matters tasked by Management.
**Requirements**:
- Preferably Diploma in Information Technology / Engineering, or relevant qualifications.
- Experience in customer facing roles.
- Team player with good interpersonal, communication and problem-solving skills.
- Resourceful and able to work independently.
- Meticulous and able to multi-task.
- Interest in 3D simulation training.
