**About the job**:
The Advancement Office is seeking a Senior Executive/Executive who will be responsible for providing data, reports, and analysis on prospects, current donors, and alumni, using analytics and predictive modelling to develop and guide data-driven strategies to further the Advancement Office’s objectives.

The incumbent ensures data integrity across platforms, and presents data-driven solutions in support of the Advancement Office’s strategic priorities, make fundraising operations efficient, build solutions, and provide insights to meet fundraising goals.

**What you will be doing**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Contribute to the design, enhancement, and maintenance of high-quality data architectures that align with the Advancement Office’s requirements and improve data reliability, efficiency, and quality.
- Utilise databases to conduct prospect research and generate validated leads for fundraisers.
- Collaborate with Advancement Office colleagues to identify and resolve gaps in data quality and accessibility.
- Support due diligence processes for prospective and current donors.

**Job Descriptions**:

- A Bachelor’s degree, preferably in analytics.
- Strong analytical and critical thinking abilities, with problem solving skills and initiative, and a dedication to achieving high performance standards.
- Proactive, collaborative, and accountable personality.
- Possess verbal and written communication skills; effective organisational skills and strong detail orientation; the ability to speak and present credibly and effectively.
- An ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality with respect to prospects and donors.
- Good knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), dashboards, and databases.
