**Responsibilities**:
You will oversee the Continuing Education and Training (CET) admin team and provide support to the Associate Dean and Assistant Dean in strengthening the growth of CET at NIE. The responsibilities include but are limited to the following:
- Strategic planning and development of new programmes and courses.- Review of certifications and courses.- Policies governance and implementation.- Programme and course planning and management.- SkillsFuture Singapore (SSG) funding renewal and revision in course fees.- Statistical reporting.- CET budget and costing for programmes.- Securing additional course fee funding from external sources.- Secretariat support for meeting with internal and external stakeholders.- CET outreach.-
- Implementation and enhancement of IT systems.
**Requirements**:
- A University degree.- At least 4 to 7 years of experience at the managerial level, preferably in an educational institution.- Experience and good knowledge of Continuing Education & Training in Singapore, including SSG processes.- Knowledge of policies, guidelines and procedures related to offering of micro-credential programmes.- Good written and spoken English communication skills.- Good interpersonal skills, including demonstrated experience in teamwork and cross-functional collaboration.- Strong analytic and problem solving skills.- Meticulous, with an eye for detail.- Able to multi-task and keep a close follow-up on tasks.- Self-motivated, resourceful, and able to adapt to changes well.- Proficiency in proposal, report and minutes writing.- Proficiency in making and delivering presentations.- Proficient in use of IT tools such as Microsoft Office 365 and Adobe Acrobat.
