**Responsibilities**:

- SERVICE/LINE ACTIVITIES Completing opening and closing duties ( switching on the music, lights, checking the line for set up, mise en place etc) Inspecting side stations to make sure its equipped for service to start ( bowls, takeaway containers, extra dressing, trays, fruit of the day, cookie jar, cutlery, napkins, takeaway bags etc) Food Panda, Grab, 1x NETS, 1x POS, and duty phone has been charged and set up for service. Assisting in order taking from the guests, assembling the grain bowls for a la carte orders and delivery orders. Requesting work orders for maintenance repairs. Doing weekly site checks and reviews Working closely with the restaurant captain/ manager to ensure timely updates of daily/weekly and monthly reports BARISTA ACTIVITIES Completing opening and closing side duties ( grinder, coffee machine, pastry display) Making the coffee and beverage orders Setting up the pastry display using FIFO method and takeaway bags MANAGING ADMINISTRATION OPERATIONS Timely ordering of daily and monthly mise en place for FOH i.e coffee beans, milk, coffee cups, filters etc Updating coffee menus with prices and pictures Building and creating promotions with the outlet manager and GM Set up trainings with the outlet manager once a quarter and revise menu offerings i.e beans, milk etc Liaise with the outlet manager for printing of any new or current menus to replace old and torn menus Submitting par stocks and monthly inventory to outlet manager Filed records of petty cash spending and submitting a monthly report to the GM Following all company safety and security policies and procedures at all times Reporting accidents, injuries, and unsafe work conditions to the GM and HR Completing safety training and certifications of staff; were necessary Following sanitation policies whenever handling food and beverage Abiding by the current safe distancing rules by the government.Benefits
