As the Home of Esports Heroes, our mission is to celebrate and share with the world the stories and values of esports heroes, who ignite the world with hope, strength, dreams, and inspiration. Since its creation, ONE Esports has become one of the biggest and most influential esports media companies in the world.

We seek an experienced events leader who will run our esports event end-to-end, i.e., development of tournament structure, tournament operations, vendor management, pro esports team management, etc. In addition, you will work closely with the business development, marketing and content teams to manage and execute a plethora of events, including, but not limited to, virtual and in-person esports competitions, live streaming masterclasses, influencer events, and B2B esports conferences.

**Responsibilities**
- Design, manage, and execute online and in-person events for ONE Esports by coordinating with internal stakeholders and 3rd-party vendors, which will include the following:

- Develop a detailed project plan to monitor and track progress.
- Work with external vendors to manage the physical build up, approvals, rehearsals, broadcast schedule, overlays, technical requirement and run-of-show to ensure a smooth execution that fulfils partners’ expectations and goals.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure the delivery of commercial and brand requirements, marketing promotions, filler content, ticketing logistics, OOH marketing, and any necessary booth setup at the venue.
- Create and maintain operation and production budget by working with the management team to allocate proper resources.
- Ensure that VIPs, talents, staff, influencers, and/or pro players hospitality and logistics are accommodated.
- Manage a team of project managers, who have specializations across a myriad spectrum of esports events.
- Strategize and work with internal stakeholders to improve key functional metrics, including but not limited to: broadcast viewership, overlay design, streaming on social platforms, partnership integration, sponsors representation, filler content and quality of each program.
- Responsible for identifying services providers as well as hiring and managing contractors.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree or relevant experience.
- 7-10 years of event project management experience preferably in esports, traditional sports, or events/conferences involving large-scale broadcast requirements or large viewership.
- Independent thinker who is a “pair of safe hands” and who can organize thoughts and make decisions under time constraints and a full workload.while running multiple events in parallel.
- Solid understanding of technical and logístical aspects of streaming live event production.
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
- Strategic thinker with a strong vision of how to shape broadcast and streaming events.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
