**Functional Competencies**
- To stay abreast of emerging trends and identify new opportunities in the domains of innovative initiatives
- Work closely with segment leaders, products and business owners to calibrate business strategies related to new technologies
- Work closely with the Global Strategy Teams and Global Technology Leaders to ensure the alignment of strategic priorities
- Establish tools, forums and processes to engage with market leaders and innovation champions, and to communicate openly on innovations and technologies
- Close liaison with the Head Office Technical Management, and take part in committees and/or working groups to define strategies, rule development and technical strategic projects that may drive the Company as business leader in its own field
- Manage Department budget, cost and project funding

**Requirement**
- Master Degree in Marine Engineering, with minimum of 18 years working experience in the Marine & Offshore industry
- At least 3 years in commercial capacity
- Possess strong stakeholder management capability, excellent communication and networking skills
- Entrepreneurial mindset and able to work within a team and to do well in both start-ups and corporate environments
