**What the role is**

As a Senior Officer, your role is to formulate, review and implement policies and schemes in specific functional areas.

**What you will be working on**

You will be responsible mainly for the following aspects of your assigned areas:

- To identify potential customers, sponsors and training partners in the industry to fulfil ITE’s goals and objectives;
- To assist companies in their training needs analysis and adoption of ITE training schemes
- To work with participating companies to create training places for ITE trainees in the industry
- To provide feedback and insights on industry trends relating to workforce training and workplace learning
- To perform related backend administrative duties

**What we are looking for**
- You should have:
- At least 2 years of work experience in Business Development, Marketing, or Sales;
- Good communication skills, interpersonal skills and project management experience
- Proficiency in the use of digital tools such as Microsoft Excel macros, Visual Basic for Applications, Robotic Process Automation (RPA), Data Analytics/Visualisation software
- Any prior experience and knowledge in the Info-comm Technology sector will be an added advantage
