Overview:

**Responsibilities**:

- Identify new business opportunities in the Semiconductor, Microelectronic and Optoelectronics manufacturing services markets.
- Work with senior team members to secure the customers.
- Support operations in communications with and management of the customers.
- Manage monthly sales reports to the management.
- Maintain/manage timely response for RFQs/Sales proposals to the clients.
- Foster a collaborative environment within the organization for the work.
- Uphold the company’s core values of Integrity, Innovation, Accountability, and Teamwork
- Demonstrate behavior consistent with the company’s Code of Ethics and Conduct
- It is the responsibility of every employee to report to their manager or a member of senior management any quality problems or defects in order for corrective action to be implemented and to avoid recurrence of the problem
- Duties may be modified or assigned at any time to meet the needs of the business.

Qualifications:

- Degree in Business Management /Administration/Engineering would be ideal
- At least 5 years of sales experience in the manufacturing services preferred
- Direct technical sales presentations to customers
- Engineering background with experience in semiconductor and microelectronics manufacturing
- Account and/or Program Management
- Sales Proposals and quotations
- Possess excellent communication, influencing and relationship building skills
