Here is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Learning & Development professional to join an established financial services organization.

Some of the key responsibilities will include:

- Develop and implement learning strategies that align with the organization’s objectives.
- Oversee the Management Associate and internship programs, from attraction, acquisition to onboarding. Design a robust development programme to ensure strong pipelining for early career hires.
- Partner closely with internal stakeholders on diagnosing business requirements and identifying learning interventions, ensuring cost effectiveness and alignment with organizational goals.
- Develop and maintain career pathing frameworks and architecture to support employee growth and progression within the organization.
- Adopt a data-driven approach in evaluating programme effectiveness, utilizing insights to drive continuous process improvements.
- Manage Learning Management System data, ensuring accurate tracking and reporting of employee training and development activities.
- Manage vendor relationships and program budgets, ensuring cost efficiency and alignment with financial objectives.

To be eligible for this role you will require:

- Degree qualified with a HR-related degree with 8 to 10 years’ experience in Learning & Development preferably in mid to large size organizations.
- SPHR, PMP, PHR, SHRM, or other relevant certifications will be a bonus.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with strong analytical skills and a flexible and agile work style
- Good organizational skills with the ability to multi-task to manage multiple projects while maintaining a close attention to detail
