**RESPONSIBILITIES**

**Responsibilities
**Trainees’ management - learning, training and behaviour management**
- Assist Workshop Instructor to:
- Teach, train and supervise trainees
- Prepare of baked goods
- Execute and maintain consistent recipes and presentation
- Follow proper handling and maintained right temperature of baked goods
- Handle equipment in a safe and proper manner
- Maintain good hygiene and cleanliness of all workstations in the Bakery
- Minimize wastage and spoilage of ingredients
- Ensure proper hygiene practices in accordance with food safety and hygiene standards
- Implement and practise behaviour strategies with trainees
- Other duties assigned by manager and instructors

**Programme development**
- Prepare and conduct skill training programmes
- Prepare and conduct prevocational lessons
- Assist in the research, development, and production of training materials

**Administration & Operation**
- Routine admin duties
- Document trainees progress and work with multidisciplinary team for interventions and reviews
- Contribute to case reviews
- Other duties as assigned

**QUALIFICATIONS**
GCE O Level or NITEC Certificate

- Able to work independently with minimum supervision.
- Pleasant personality, possess initiative and is a team player.
- Passionate about making a difference to improve the lives of others in the community.
- Must be able to converse in simple English.
- Have a compassionate and patient personality.
- Experience in working with persons with special needs is an added advantage.
- On the job training will be provided.
