MAIN INSTRUCTOR

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver interactive and experiential training programs to students.
  • Facilitate meaningful discussions through effective questioning techniques.
  • Conduct hands-on learning activities with impactful debriefs.
  • Manage and organize program materials and logistics (if required).
  • Collect feedback to evaluate program effectiveness.

Qualifications and Skills

  • MOE Registration for Instructors (Mandatory).
  • First Aid Certification (Preferred).
  • Experience leading groups or classes in a professional or academic setting.
  • Certification or expertise in areas such as communication, design thinking, leadership, speech and drama, or project management.

ASSISTANT INSTRUCTOR

Key Responsibilities

  • Facilitate small group discussions and classroom activities.
  • Lead games and interactive sessions confidently.
  • Support classroom management to ensure smooth program execution.
  • Organize and handle program materials and logistics.

Qualifications and Skills

  • MOE Registration for Instructors (Mandatory).
  • First Aid Certification (Preferred).
