**What's in it for you?**

We are looking for a **IT Admin Support Executive** to join the Singapore regional HR & Admin team to support the APAC region from a technical & technological perspective. Ensuring smooth delivering of technical solutions to the team.

**What you will do**:
**Technical and Technological Delivery**
- Provide Support to the end-user for the installation, administration and trouble-shooting of company hardware and IT Business Applications
- Set up and installation of any PC, Printer, Mobile Device or AV Equipment along with any replacement throughout the equipment lifecycle.
- Provide new joiners and leavers with technical on and off boarding
- Provide timely responses to service issues and requests
- Ensure User Satisfaction for technology related needs
- Ensure that the global policies, processes and procedures are followed
- Work together with GBS Service Desk Team to deliver 1st contact support in MSP
- Onboarding local new hire and coordinate with local SSEA offices on new hire set-up
- Manage local mobile phone provider on corporate line management like contract negotiation

**Onsite Support**
- Onsite server management
- Work with IT Delivery Teams and Vendors to deliver job tasks and projects in accordance to work scope
- Assist in providing onsite support and execution during company events, including and not limited to Kick-Offs, Town Halls and Sales Events
- Assist in setting up video equipment for video shooting
- Participate in Committees for the planning of events and coverage of technical and administrative needs.
- Provide other types of support including administrative to the Singapore Team

**What are we looking for**:

- Diploma in Information Technology
- 2 years of relevant working experience
- IT technical infrastructure-related domain knowledge
- Basic ITSM knowledge using ServiceNow tool
- Good understanding of ITIL processes
- High degree of independence, initiative, responsibility, problem solving skill and interpersonal skill.
