**About the Role**

**Key Responsibilities**
- Offer a consistent, industry-leading experience to customers by providing legal support and strategy from the initial kick-off call through petition filing.
- Prepare and file initial submissions, re-submissions, and change of employer notifications, termination notifications, etc.
- Continuously level up by learning how to prepare new case types
- Actively monitor individual case pipelines to achieve production targets, meet critical deadlines, and increase client satisfaction.
- Effectively communicate with customers regarding procedural and case processing issues, identify client immigration solutions, and understand current client activity.
- Provide feedback in opportunities for continuous process improvement and elimination of redundancy.
- Report directly to the Immigration Specialist Manager.
- Work on special projects, as assigned.

**Requirements**:

- Deep knowledge in LATAM countries and some knowledge in EMEA countries
- Operate autonomously and offer guidance to peers and Mobility Analysts
- Work with the Operations team to monitor progress in the dashboards
- Communicate directly with colleagues on Marketing, Sales, Product, Operations, and other non-Mobility stakeholders to steadily improve the business unit’s performance
- Ability to utilize data and insights to support communication and convey compelling messages
- Ability to handle escalations
- Manage a full pipeline of customers and demonstrate measured impact
- Manage medium to high complexity cases in LATAM and low to medium in EMEA
- Support on-going strategic projects for the mobility team
- Recognize, diagnose, understand the impact and create plans to solve problems that occur
- Ability to use tools and resources to outline resolutions for others to follow
- Demonstrate structured and effective methods for addressing and preventing escalations, and be able to synthesize and quantify customer feedback
- Take decisive action on impactful and urgent problems to solve without external intervention to stay on top of customers' and teammates’ pain points and improve customer experience
- Identify the root-cause of problems or escalations and propose solutions to fix going forward
- Self-aware to identify your strengths and areas for improvements across the team and action on these areas with support your manager
- Tests ideas. Experiments, prototypes, or pilots to validate assumptions and identify potential flaws
- Iterates on and improves solutions over time
- Strong understanding of several immigration/mobility processes and procedures
- Support in the development of content, workflows, and playbooks
- Depth knowledge of immigration laws for the jurisdictions you cover and seek to widen your knowledge to more jurisdictions over time
