**Roles & Responsibilities**:
**What you’ll be responsible for**:

- Build strong relationships with client teams and develop a deep understanding of their business objectives and strategic drivers
- Form strong project team relationships by leading, coaching, and motivating team members, and identifying and resolving blockers or conflicts
- Lead and nurture best practice cloud delivery cultures in client teams that require guidance and assistance with turbo charging their cloud journeys
- Proactively set and manage client and project team expectations and continually seek opportunities to increase satisfaction and strengthen relationships
- Create and execute project work plans and revise as appropriate to meet changing needs and project demands
- Track and report on project outcomes and provide transparent communication channels to clients, project teams, and other project stakeholders
- Proactively identify project issues and risks, and create action plans for resolving issues and mitigating risks
- Manage security and operational risks inherent in cloud & digital transformation
- You’ll be comfortable and experienced in working with multiple project management concepts including PMBOK, and lean/agile/scrum
- Work with the client success manager and director of business development on managing client account plans and developing opportunity pipeline
- Ensure commercial changes are documented and approved through robust change control process

**What you will bring to the role**:

- PMP and/or Agile certification and or combination of 5+ years of experience managing software delivery / cloud DevOps teams in an iterative delivery environment
- You will be a high EQ individual that understands the value and importance of quality client and team relationships. This role will suit anyone who is satisfied by achieving client outcomes in an environment that is collaborative but professional, and that has a tight one company atmosphere
- Prior experience in professional services working with enterprise customers in fast-paced, uncertain environments. Experience in financial services, airlines, utilities or media highly advantageous
- Strong business acumen and comfort with business conversations including; writing business cases, assisting with accounts management, developing statements of work and supporting commercial conversations
- Strong facilitation skills with demonstrated experience leading scoping and design sessions, sprint planning, client showcases and managing geographically dispersed teams
- Demonstrable exposure working with AWS, Azure or Google Cloud Platform (GCP)
- Understanding of cyber security, IT risk & control practices in cloud-based environments highly advantageous
- Agile approach in personal work style, with ability to be flexible and adept in dealing with and resolving ambiguity
- Track record of building successful relationships, internally and externally
- Detail oriented with a flair for problem solving
- Excellent verbal, presentation and written communication skills including creating usable documentation and tools
- Ability to work at client sites
