MISSION

Tasks and responsibilities

Facilitate Agile training sessions and workshops to educate team members on Agile methodologies, including Scrum, Kanban, and Lean.

Collaborate with stakeholders and teams to identify areas for improvement and develop Agile implementation plans.

Coach and mentor team members on Agile principles, practices, and tools, ensuring that they understand and embrace the Agile mindset.

Provide guidance and support to Scrum Masters, Product Owners, and other team members in the implementation of Agile methodologies.

Facilitate Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives, ensuring that they are executed effectively and efficiently.

Foster a culture of continuous improvement by identifying and addressing process inefficiencies and roadblocks.

Collaborate with other Agile Coaches and stakeholders to share best practices and drive consistency across the organization.

STUDIES

**Profile**:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in business informatics, IT Management or a comparable field

At least 5 years of experience in Agile coaching and implementation, preferably in the pharmaceutical, medical device, chemical or healthcare sectors.

Proven experience coaching multiple Agile teams and driving Agile transformations at scale.

Strong understanding of Agile principles, practices, and frameworks, including Scrum, Kanban, and Lean.

Excellent communication, facilitation, and leadership skills.

Ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders and teams.

Strong problem-solving skills and ability to navigate complex organizational structures.

Relevant Agile certifications such as Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or Certified Agile Coach (CAC) are a plus.

Experience in digitization and digital transformation

Understanding the requirements for Industry 4.0 is an asset

Good conceptual, analytical and communicational skills

Fluent English skills

Willingness to travel
