Job Description:

- As a support executive, the individual will ensure that quality support is rendered to our Customers through phone support, remote support and onsite support.
- The general support coverage will be for the Front-end POS system.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provides Software support for our Front-end Point-Of-Sales System.
- Provides Hardware repair services and support for our existing POS hardware.
- Staging, commission, and decommission of Front-end POS system for POS rental, new store deployment, relocation, etc.
- Provide Training for Front-end POS system to Customers.
- Perform Level 1 Helpdesk troubleshooting, Level 2 remote troubleshooting, and Level 2 Onsite troubleshooting activities on Front-end POS system for existing Customers.
- Standby support for our Customers on off-office hours, weekends and public holidays on a rotational basis.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum Bachelor’s degree
- SQL skill required
- Able to communicate in Chinese (to liaise with clients and associates)
- Having experience in POS will be a plus

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $2,600.00 - $3,600.00 per month
